Send a Message to our Field Staff Today

Every year we send small packages of food, periodicals, music and other gifts to our staff who will be in the field during the holidays. For the past several years, we’ve also included notes from supporters, and our staff have told us they’ve been deeply touched by the messages of encouragement.

Please take a moment to add your message for our staff in the field. It can be anything from a simple happy holidays message, to why you support Doctors Without Borders, to a word of thanks for their work to save lives.

To make sure your note is included in our holiday packages this year, please fill out the form below by November 19!

I have supported MSF for many years as a matter of principle and I admire the dedication, professionalism, compassion and steadfastness of the MSF staff, wherever and whenever. To all I send best holiday wishes in the hope that, indeed, every life saved or carefully attended to is a bright star in our ever expanding firmament.

I was fortunate enough to be able to visit your recent "Starved for Attention" exhibit in Washington, D.C., and got to speak for some time with one of your fellow field workers. I was genuinely touched by his sincerity, commitment and heartfelt compassion for his work and for improving the lives of some of the most destitute in the world. I have no doubt that each of you has the same feelings and dedication. I honor your work, and am delighted to support MSF and you.

Hi there! I am taking this opportunity to write to you, wonderful aid workers, who are doing hard and important work. I know that the holidays are nearing, and you are probably far away from your loved ones and comfort zones. I want you to know something: you are amazing! You are so brave. I am in awe, and completely inspired, by the work that you do and the commitment that you've made. It's an honor for me to support your work, and I send you lots of love and good thoughts this year.

I think you are the bravest, most compassionate people. The world needs you because you restore our faith in humanity, counteracting the media tales of the horrible things we humans do to each other. I am proud to be a supporter of Doctors without Borders and of you.

Thank you for serving during this Holiday Season. I have deployed for other groups and I know how deeply committed you are and what you give up to be serving. May God protect you as you protect those in need. PEACE on Earth is more than a holiday message because of people like you. PEACE, Cheryl

It is heartbreaking to see photos of mothers with infants who are dying of starvation right there in their mother's arms or a father carrying a bloody child who was caught in the cross hairs of war. Thank you for being there to assist, to treat, and to heal so many of those in need. Thank you for sacrificing your own comfort for those who need you so desperately. You are truly amazing and awesome. May you be blessed with health, joy and peace this holiday season!

Dear Doctors Without Borders Aid Worker, Thank you so much for the work you do. It is extremely valuable and courageous. I really appreciate people like you who make such a tough commitment to be in the field to help others. Doctors Without Borders is the organization I always first think of to support when making a donation for its non-partisan, effective humanitarian aid. The world has huge problems, but it's people like you who save lives with your skills and perseverance. Truly appreciated.
