SUPPORT OUR WORKThe Multiyear Pledge InitiativeThe Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières' (MSF) Multiyear Pledge Initiative is a giving program that provides MSF with predictable and sustainable funding. The Initiative encourages our most dedicated donors to consider a long-term commitment to help ensure the continuity of our programs, and our ability to respond rapidly and effectively to new emergencies for years to come.

- Elizabeth & Pete Beglin While one-time gifts are essential for our work and always appreciated, multiyear gifts provide MSF with the additional assurance of sustainability that is central to the nature of emergency response. The minimum to participate in this program is $5,000 per year for a three-to-five year period. Pledges and payments can be designed to fit your needs and preferences. Pledge payments can be made monthly, quarterly, or yearly, and in equal or increasing installments. If you are interested in pledging at a lower level, you may want to consider our monthly field partner program.
