At this stage we have only seen media reports about new guidelines announced by New York  and New Jersey.  We are trying to clarify the details with each state’s departments of health to gain a full understanding of the particular details.  We are therefore not in a position at this stage to comment on the new guidelines themselves.

Significant investment and incentives are needed now to accelerate these steps.
