The people in east Democratic Republic of Congo have lived in the grip of an emergency for twenty years. Around three million people have been forced out of their homes. On March 3rd, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) published a report denouncing the silent suffering of the Congolese people.
