CNET visited Doctor's Without Borders/Médicines San Frontières (MSF) exhibit Forced From Home in Oakland, which uses  Virtual Reality and 360 degree videos to immerse visitors of the exhibit in the experience of refugees. The interactive exhibit seeks to tell the individual stories of the more than 65 million displaced people worldwide, and to help visitors understand the humanitarian consequences of displacement. Forced From Home exhibitions have already toured Boulder and Salt Lake City in September, welcoming more than 6,000 visitors.

He is one of the estimated 500,000 people who flee Central America each year and enter Mexico seeking safety and a chance for a better life. The violence many of these refugees and migrants have experienced is not unlike that of individuals living through war.
