MSF Hospital in Iran Offers Treatment for Wounded Iraqis

October 24, 2008

Since 2006, MSF has set up range of surgical programs to treat victims of the violence inside Iraq's most intense conflict zones. It is too dangerous for MSF to operate programs inside these areas. As a result, MSF surgical teams are working in two hospitals in northern Iraq, and running two reconstructive surgery projects, one based in Jordan and the other in Iran.
