Attacks Continue in Eastern DRC, Situation Calmer in North Kivu

Nearly 900 civilians have been killed in recent weeks by members of the Lord's Resistance Army at sites across the Haut-Uélé province of eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo. The situation in the region's North Kivu is calm in spite of Rwandan troops crossing the border.
