Sudan: MSF's International Teams Withdraw from DarfurApril 13, 2009 MSF has withdrawn international teams from Sudan's Darfur region following the kidnapping and subsequent release of MSF volunteers. The organization was one of 13 NGOs expelled from Darfur after the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Sudan's President Omar al-Bashir.
