Sri Lanka: Inhabitants Held Hostage to Conflict

Tens of thousands of people in Sri Lanka's northern areas of Vavuniya and Vanni are displaced or caught in fighting between the Sri Lankan army and Tamil Tiger rebels. MSF teams operate on nearly 200 wounded patients every week in Vavuniya's hospital.
