Patent Pool: First Patent Rights OfferedOctober 26, 2010
In December 2009, MSF welcomed the idea of a patent pool to help lower the costs of HIV medicines in developing countries. An important milestone has just been reached; the first patent has been offered by The National Institute of Health.
