Chechnya: Running Low on Health Care

MSF opened its first health clinics in Grozny, Chechnya in 2005. Since the end of the war, relative calm has returned to the country, but poverty continues to prevent many people from accessing health care. MSF opened pediatric and gynecological clinics last August in the town of Kalinovskaïa to accommodate the ongoing demand for access to health care throughout the country.
