France: Winter Ends. Back to the Streets

April 15, 2011

For three months, an international charity provided shelter for homeless refugees in central Paris. Now with the end of their winter program, the 110 mainly Eritrean and Afghan refugees are out on the street. Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has continued to provide the refugees with medical services and is now calling for the establishment of a permanent shelter.
