Swaziland: Community Takes Part in HIV Treatment

With 25 percent of the country's population HIV-positive, and so few doctors to initiate treatment, Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has implemented task-shifting along with Swaziland's Ministry of Health. Now, lower-level trained health workers can get more people on lifesaving treatment.
