Burkina Faso: The Forgotten Malian Refugees

Nearly 50,000 Malians have taken refuge in Burkina Faso after fleeing the fighting that began in Mali in January. International aid has been slow and insufficient; there is not enough food or water. Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is providing medical care to the refugees, and to the residents of the area who are also affected by drought.
