Zimbabwe: "Seeing 500 patients a day is a bit crazy"

Melanie Rosenvinge, an HIV specialist, spent a year working with MSF in Zimbabwe. She was based in Epworth, a suburb of 400,000 inhabitants on the outskirts of the capital, Harare. Here, she recounts her experience from working in MSF's medical clinic, which is operating at full capacity, in a country that is in the midst of a HIV/AIDS HIV epidemic.
