MSF has five areas where teams are active providing emergency medical support in the Banda Aceh province of Indonesia. Here in Meulaboh, 250kms west of Banda Aceh, MSF has started work in the local hospital as well as visiting the surrounding area with mobile teams. The town was 50% destroyed and access to the area has been by helicopter or boat only.
