Melissa has been a recruiter with MSF for four years, and spent six months on assignment in Yida, South Sudan, as a logistician. Prior to that she was on assignment with MSF in Malawi.

Rogier has worked as a recruiter for MSF for five years. He previously worked for MSF in Holland as a Human Resources Officer and has done field assignments with MSF in Bosnia, Croatia, Sri Lanka, South Sudan and Sierra Leone.
