Before applying to work with Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in the field, please familiarize yourself with our work requirements and recruitment process—and learn more about what to expect while working with us—by watching our recruitment information video series (approximately 30 minutes).

Please note: Users can press PLAY to watch the entire video. Users also have the option of choosing among the 15 recruitment video modules by clicking on the PLAYLIST button at the top left-hand corner of the video screen.

Be advised that this video is presented by MSF-Canada and some of their recruitment requirements may differ from those of MSF-USA.  We encourage you to read our General Requirements and Who We Need pages before you apply.

We further encourage you to join us for a presentation and Q&A session to learn more about how you can become part of MSF's field work. Live Info Sessions take place in cities around the US and online via webinars. A Human Resources Officer will be on hand to discuss requirements and the recruitment process and an MSF aid worker will share their stories of life in the field.
