Epidemiologists

Requirements
- Master's degree in epidemiology or in public health with an epidemiological focus
- Proven practical skills in design, implementation, and evaluation of surveys, and in quantitative/qualitative research methods
- Ability to launch surveillance systems, conduct training, and plan campaigns, such as those to combat epidemics or malnutrition
- Experience with relevant software
Assets
- Familiarity with tropical and infectious diseases
Epidemiologists working with MSF may be called upon to establish surveillance systems for diseases such as cholera or meningitis.
