Work in the Field

Administrators / Financial Controllers

Administrators and financial controllers are responsible for project bookkeeping, budget control, financial reporting, and human resources management for both international and local staff.

Cross-cultural human resources management and communications abilities are crucial for ensuring that the teams and the programs run efficiently. Most administrators and financial controllers are based in the capital cities of countries in which MSF operates programs, although staff may make regular visits to the field projects.
