In 2023 Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams responded to high- and low-profile humanitarian emergencies in more than 70 countries around the world thanks to the support of hundreds of thousands of independent donors.

From escalating conflicts in Ukraine and Haiti to climate shocks in Pakistan and South Sudan and outbreaks of diseases like cholera in Syria and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), MSF USA’s donors helped us adapt our responses to diverse contexts and bring medical humanitarian aid to the people who needed it most. At the end of 2022, public contributions exceeded $675 million, an increase of more than $51 million compared to 2021.
