An MSF medical team departs the helicopter to run a mobile clinic at Kuni village in Dhading District, Nepal on May 6 2015.

All 220 houses in Kuni were destroyed, leaving more than a thousand people homeless. The village is cut off by road and difficult to reach at the best of times - further isolated now due to landslides closing the nearest roads in both directions.

On 25 April a magnitude 7.8 earthquake killed more than 8,000 people and destroyed massive amounts of property, including numerous temples that were on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
