Thokozile Dhodo, MSF counsellor in Gutu, is a soft speaking woman with a tough job: night after night she waits under her tent to tell the men the result of the HIV test they just took. She has to ensure that those testing negative stay negative, and counsels the ones who have been newly detected on how important it is to get on treatment. The most difficult for her is to makes sure the ones who just discovered their HIV+ status are linked to care even if they are not yet eligible to receive treatment.
