"We, the health personnel workers, we have to look everywhere to ensure that our patients have their medicines. All these breaks in the supply chain are demoralising for us as well for them. Patients see us as gods. They come here to have what they need. It is extremely frustrating because we must try to convince people to accept their positive status, and to put on ARVs in the first place. And then once we’ve convinced them, we must tell them that there is no more medicine. What do they think? It makes me angry."
