MSF hospital in Agok, South Sudan.

In order to supply the various MSF hospitals throughout South Sudan with much needed medical material, medicine etc., MSF sends convoys of trucks with supplies which drive up to several weeks to reach their destination, partly due to the bad road conditions and long distances.

In the rainy season many roads are impassible, and the MSF plane is essential in transporting staff to and from the field, and bringing essential supplies to the hospitals.

Here a MSF plane is being offloaded of urgent medical supplies for the MSF hospital in Agok.
