Martha cradles her four-month-old son, Bwai, who is suffering from severe dehydration. Amid fighting last year, Martha lost her house, three of her children died and the borehole in her village was destroyed. Now she walks 12 hours each day making two trips daily to the nearest water point, carrying a heavy jerry can to provide water for her surviving children – but it is not enough.
