Adaouia Brema a Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) health promoter in Am Timan, during a health promotion session with a group of refugee women from Central African Republic. The Salamat region has received over 7,000 CAR returnees, many of whom access care from MSF’s projects in the country.
