The search and rescue vessel Ocean Viking, operated by Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and SOS Méditeranée, has rescued 356 migrants and refugees in the central Mediterranean. MSF and SOS are formally requesting that the Maltese and Italian maritime authorities coordinate and support finding a place of safety for all rescued. View External Media
