Just two hours from the front lines of the conflict in southwestern Yemen, the Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) hospital in Mocha is the only facility in the region providing emergency surgery for patients suffering from gunshot wounds, children with landmine injuries, and pregnant women struggling with complicated deliveries.
