Kate Mort
Kate Mort is director of field human resources for the US office of Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). She began working for MSF in 2002 in MSF-Australia's human resources department. Since then she has worked with MSF in South Sudan, India, and most recently in Sierra Leone. She has also worked for the Mandala Foundation, an organization that provides psychosocial support, advice, and education for aid workers and organizations; and Red R Australia, which recruits and trains personnel for humanitarian relief agencies worldwide.
Kate holds a BA in English literature and human resource management and an MA in international aid, politics, and policy, both from the University of New South Wales.
