Kevin Scally is an award-winning development executive with a deep commitment to advancing global humanitarian impact. As interim chief development officer at MSF USA, he leads fundraising efforts that sustain MSF’s independent medical mission worldwide. He guides teams responsible for engaging supporters, advancing philanthropic partnerships, and strengthening the systems, insights, and operations that enable effective, audience-centered fundraising.
Prior to joining MSF, Kevin served as chief relationship officer at Charity Navigator, where he doubled annual revenue and secured multiple seven-figure grants, significantly strengthening the organization’s financial sustainability and sector influence. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Smile Train, the world’s largest cleft charity, where he led data-informed fundraising and marketing initiatives supporting global program growth. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in communication from Monmouth University.
