As the holiday season approaches, Fiscal Tiger lists Doctors Without Borders/ Médecins sans Frontières (MSF) as one of four trustworthy charities to contribute to based on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) criteria. Not only has FTC's criteria been met, but MSF has consistently been ranked as one of the top charities by a variety of organizations that monitor the activity of charities and how they use the resources they receive.
