The health area of Nizi has more than 30 IDP camps. These camps were created more than two years ago. People are forced to live in terrible unsanitary conditions with limited access to clean water. People live in overcrowded shelters and have almost no food.

Rose, an MSF health promoter, was displaced years ago when the conflict began. She left her village and moved to Bunia and started working with MSF many years ago. Here, she takes a census of the newly arrived IDPs in the camp of CEKA20, in order to provide them with non-food item kits.
