Thanks for your interest in increasing your gift! To make an additional one-time gift, click here. To upgrade an existing monthly gift, follow the instructions below. 

If you are unsure of which email address to use or have other difficulties with this process, please contact Donor Services at 888.392.0392, seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET, or by email at donations@newyork.msf.org.

1. Navigate to: https://donate.doctorswithoutborders.org/secure/donor-portal
2. If this is the first time you are accessing our Donor Portal, click the red "Register" button on the right-hand side of your screen.
3. Under "Retrieve Account Details", enter the email address you have previously used when making your donation(s), and press the “E-mail New Password” button.
4. Check your email for password instructions and login. (Subject: Replacement login information for ________, From: donations@newyork.msf.org). This email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If you do not see it after that time, please check your junk or spam folder.
5. Click the link in the email to be redirected to the Donor Portal login page. You will be asked to update your password.
6. After updating your password, navigate to the Recurring Donations tab at the top.
7. To update your recurring donation, click on the dollar amount or Edit button under “Amount” for any active gift.
