Cameron Wrigley is the chief operating officer and chief financial officer for MSF USA. He helps to lead core internal functions—including finance, procurement, facilities, and project management—while working closely with teams across the organization and the wider international movement.

He first joined MSF in 2013 and brings diverse experience from multiple humanitarian settings, with roles as a finance coordinator and human resources manager in countries including Pakistan, Sierra Leone, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan. He held various positions at MSF Germany, including financial controller for the Berlin-based operations desk, international project lead for efficiency initiatives, and lastly as head of administration. 

He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate accounting studies (CPA) in Canada and earned an executive MBA from ESMT Berlin.
