Vice President
Sandra Tacina serves as vice president of the board of directors for MSF USA. She is a talent analytics specialist who has spent close to 15 years working with educational institutions to solve human resource challenges and help them use their data to improve results. She has been involved with MSF since 2014, completing humanitarian assignments in South Sudan and Democratic Republic of Congo. Since 2019, Sandra has served as a member of the DEI Council for MSF USA.
Additionally, she has worked in economic development, educational quality, and health promotion in Armenia, Russia, and Ukraine. Earlier in her career, Sandra was a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and worked in international finance in the US and Latin America. She holds an MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.
