Sarah Autry currently serves as co-interim chief development officer at MSF USA. In this role, she leads internal-facing fundraising operations, with a focus on planning, governance, and cross-functional alignment.

Sarah first joined the MSF USA development department in 2021 as the director of customer relationship management strategy, leading the modernization of the organization’s fundraising systems. In her ongoing role as senior director of development operations, she now oversees teams responsible for gift processing, donor services, and fundraising technology. She is also a co-sponsor of MSF’s international fundraising systems community of practice. She brings 15 years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives at large nonprofit organizations.

A longtime resident of Brooklyn, Sarah holds a Master of Public Health in environmental health policy from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
