Urshula Edwards was elected to the Board in 2025. Prior to working for MSF, she was responsible for supply chain and operations for a large online retailer. She left the private sector in 2017 to work in MSF's logistics and supply chain departments. She has since worked in MSF projects around the world, including in Palestine, Haiti, the United States, Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Yemen.

She continues to be an active member of MSF’s international mobile staff, recently working with our emergency teams in Sudan. When she's not on assignment, Urshula works as a script supervisor for feature films.
