Channel your impact to communities in crisis

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) relies on the generosity of our corporate partners to help us respond quickly to emergencies. For over 50 years, we have provided independent, lifesaving medical care to communities affected by conflict, epidemics, and disasters in over 75 countries.

We collaborate with companies to create custom partnerships that reflect shared values and strategic priorities.

MSF is one of the most widely recognized and trusted names in international aid. By partnering with us, your company can demonstrate its commitment to humanitarian values and define its identity as a purpose-driven organization.

Join us in delivering urgent care globally.

Ways to partner with us

Your company can make a meaningful impact and address critical humanitarian needs by partnering with MSF in a way that best meets your business and philanthropic goals.

Corporate donation

Advance your corporate social responsibility goals by supporting MSF through corporate philanthropy. Invest in projects and initiatives that align with your CSR values, making a tangible impact on global healthcare and humanitarian relief efforts.

Workplace giving

Foster pride and loyalty among your employees by providing them with an avenue for meaningful support. Consider workplace giving programs, matching gifts, employee-driven events, and holiday giving campaigns that allow your workforce to actively support our mission.

Customer activation

Strengthen your brand’s reputation and consumer trust by implementing initiatives such as donating a portion of sales proceeds or activating donations at check-out. These efforts not only contribute to our lifesaving work but also resonate positively with your customer base, showcasing your commitment to social responsibility.

Sponsorships

Each year, the week-long Summer Games Done Quick (SGDQ) video game speedrunning marathon rallies a passionate global gaming community around one goal: raising funds for MSF’s lifesaving work. Sponsoring this high-energy, community-driven event offers companies the chance to support emergency medical care while reaching millions of engaged viewers.

Corporate Giving FAQs

Private donors are the reason our teams can swiftly deliver aid based on medical need alone, without waiting for political actors or the media to mobilize. Because MSF USA does not accept government funding, we rely entirely on private institutions and individuals to uphold our independence and flexibility.

We offer many ways for your teams to connect with our work:

  • Workplace giving and matching gifts
  • Virtual volunteer opportunities such as “mapathons” that help MSF and partners better respond to crises
  • Engaging speaker opportunities and donor webinars that provide behind-the-scenes insights into the impact of your support
  • Bespoke donation pages

The most effective way to ensure your support goes to the people who need it most is to contribute unrestricted funds, so our teams have the resources and flexibility to immediately respond when a crisis unfolds. That said, we welcome the opportunity to align your support with a specific country or area of focus that reflects your business values or priorities.

DEI is inextricably linked to MSF’s mission, as we are dedicated to providing medical humanitarian assistance to those most in need, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We rely on the diversity of our global workforce of over 67,000 people representing 163 nationalities, and nearly 90% of our staff are locally hired, bringing local expertise and instilling community trust in the care we provide. Through initiatives such as the MSF USA People First Strategic Plan, DEI Council, and MSF Healthcare Academy, we strive to create a more just and equitable work environment where all staff can thrive.
