Moctar (right) lost his leg when he stepped on a landmine #Lahj. He was hospitalized to MSF surgical hospital in #Aden where he received healthcare. After the treatment, MSF provided him with a prosthetic leg from the Prosthetics Center in Aden. Mocktar almost lost hope in life, yet day by day he got back his high spirit. Now he works with MSF as a psychosocial supporter where he comes once a week to share his experience with patients who lost their limbs in order to help them get through this experience. Here, Mocktar sits with Ahmed, who lost his leg and eye when he stepped on a landmine next to his house in #Taiz. Ahmed has received the necessary healthcare and is ready now to get a prosthetic leg.
