People have fled violence perpetrated by Boko Haram and ongoing military operations in the Ngala area of Borno State. At least 45,000 people are sheltered in a camp for internally displaced people there. MSF’s hospital provides outpatient consultations, maternity care, and treatment for malnourished children.
